Frequently asked questions

No. Lexie cannot read .apkg files. Lexie makes new study sets from your source material instead: drop in your notes, lecture slides or a PDF and it writes the cards. Many students keep their old decks in Anki and use Lexie for new material.

Yes. Every set comes back on a spaced repetition schedule, with no settings to change. You can also study any set as often as you like, so cramming the night before an exam works too.

No. You can make 3 study sets and study them without limits before you pay. After that, Lexie Pro costs 9,99 € a month or 59,99 € a year, or you can pay once: 35 € for 5 months or 69 € for 12 months. The one-time passes do not renew. One purchase works on the web and in the app.

If you want to pay nothing, look at Knowt or RemNote. Knowt keeps every study mode free on your own sets, with ads on the web. RemNote has unlimited notes and cards on its free plan. Anki itself is free on every platform except the iPhone app. Lexie is not free: you get 3 study sets to try, then Lexie Pro.

No. Lexie has no ads on the trial or on any plan.
