Delete your account

Deleting your account deletes every study set saved in it, with their images. You cannot undo it.

• On the web: open the account menu, choose Profile and account, then Delete account.
• In the app: open Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
• By email: write to elina@lexielearn.com from the address you sign in with.

If you have a subscription, cancel it first. On an iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: the Play Store, Payments and subscriptions. On the web: Manage subscription in the account menu.

Lexie in ChatGPT

Attach a labelled diagram, a slide or a PDF in ChatGPT and ask it to hide the labels or to quiz you. Lexie hides every label and shows the quiz in the chat.

• You can make 10 quizzes a day.
• A quiz you do not save is deleted after 24 hours, with its picture.
• To keep a quiz, choose Save this in Lexie. You sign in on lexielearn.com with a code sent to your email, and the quiz goes into your account. A free account can save 3 study sets.
• If Lexie finds no labels, send a diagram with its labels written on it.
• To remove Lexie from ChatGPT, open Settings in ChatGPT, then Plugins.
